Each local planning authority shall compile and keep available for public inspection free of charge at all reasonable hours and at a convenient place a record containing a copy of—
(a)
every hedgerow removal notice received by them;
(b)
every hedgerow retention notice issued by them;
(c)
every notice given by them under regulation 5(1)(b)(i);
(d)
every determination notified to them under regulation 9(3).
