Paragraph 53 Arbitration

Save for differences or disputes arising under paragraph 45(2), 45(4) 46(1) and 47 any difference or dispute arising between the undertaker and NGT under this Part of this Schedule must, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the undertaker and NGT, be determined by arbitration in accordance with article 39 (arbitration).
