Notwithstanding article 36 (service of notices), any plans submitted to NGT by the undertaker pursuant to paragraph 47 must be submitted to https://lsbud.co.uk/ or such other address as NGT may from time to time appoint instead for that purpose and notify to the undertaker in writing.
