Article 5 Constitution of education action zone
The Forum may, at any time, appoint not more than 9 additional members from persons appearing to them to represent the interests of–
businesses in the area served by the zone schools;
the voluntary sector in the area served by the zone schools;
parents of children at the zone schools; and
teachers at the zone schools.
provided that the maximum number of additional members who may be appointed falling within sub-paragraph (c) shall be 3 and the maximum number of additional members who may be appointed falling within sub-paragraph (d) shall be 2.
The Forum may at any time appoint one additional member who at the time of his appointment is employed by the Forum.
A member appointed under paragraph (2) shall cease to hold office if he ceases to be employed by the Forum.
