The Secretary of State for Transport makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 21(1) of the HGV Road User Levy Act 2013f1.

1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the HGV Road User Levy Act 2013 (Commencement No.2) Order 2014.

2Commencement of Provisions

Insofar as not already in force, the remainder of the HGV Road User Levy Act 2013 comes into force on 1st April 2014.
