Article 2 Provisions coming into force

The following provisions of the 2004 Act shall come into force on 1 April 2005:

  • Section 2;

  • Section 49 to the extent it relates to the provision of Schedule 6 specified below;

  • Paragraph 3 of Schedule 6;

  • Section 50 to the extent it relates to the provision of Schedule 7 specified below; and

  • In Schedule 7 —

  • the repeal in Schedule 1 of the Superannuation Act 1972 of the entry relating to the Arts and Humanities Research Board.
