Section 35 Advice on good practiceI1
(1)
The OfS may—
(a)
identify good practice relating to the promotion of equality of opportunity, and
(b)
give advice about such practice to registered higher education providers.
(2)
“Equality of opportunity” has the same meaning as in section 32.
