Regulation 2 InterpretationI1

In these Regulations—

• “the 2004 Act” means the Higher Education Act 2004;

• “overseas institution” means an institution other than one in England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man;

• “sandwich course” has the meaning given in regulation 2(10) of the Education (Student Support) Regulations 2009^f1.
