Section 4 Citation and extent.

Scotland

(1)

This Act may be cited as the Highlands and Islands Development (Scotland) Act 1968, and the principal Act and this Act may be cited together as the Highlands and Islands Development (Scotland) Acts 1965 and 1968.

(2)

This Act shall extend to Scotland only.
