(a)
in section 13, for “the Highways Act 1959” substitute “ the Highways Act 1980 ”, for “section one hundred and eight” substitute (in both places) “ section 116 ” and for “section two hundred and seventy-five of the said Act of 1959” substitute “ section 317 of the said Act of 1980 ” ;
(b)
in section 16(2), for “the Highways Act 1959” substitute “ the Highways Act 1980 ”.
