Section 175B Consent of highway authority required for trunk road accessF1
England and Wales
(1)
Access to or from a trunk road in England must not be constructed, formed or laid out without the consent of the highway authority for the trunk road.
(2)
Subsection (1) does not apply where—
(a)
section 24(2) applies, or
(b)
development consent is required under the Planning Act 2008.
