Paragraph 7 Fencing and other means of enclosureI1

With the exception of the bat mitigation structure forming part of numbered work 2E(g) of the authorised development which may commence, the remainder of numbered work 2 of the authorised development is not to commence until written details of all proposed permanent and temporary fences, walls or other means of enclosure have been submitted to and approved by the relevant planning authority.

Any construction sites must remain securely fenced at all times during construction of the authorised development.

Any temporary fencing must be removed within three months of the completion of the authorised development.

The details approved pursuant to this requirement must be implemented.

Any permanent gates comprised in numbered work 2 are to be set back a minimum of 10 metres from the nearside edge of the carriageway.
