(1)
The undertaker must not—
(2)
vest the land identified in the book of reference and the land plans by plot reference numbers 10_GR and 11_GR in itself;
(3)
exercise the powers conferred on it by article 26 in respect of the land identified in the book of reference and the land plans by plot reference numbers 10_GR, 10a_GR, 11_GR and 11a_GR; or
(4)
commence the authorised development on the land identified in the book of reference and the land plans by plot reference numbers 10_GR, 10a_GR, 11_GR and 11a_GR;
no earlier than 2nd January 2018.
