(b)

in schedule 8 (information on exercise of public functions: listed public bodies)—

(i)

at the appropriate place in alphabetical order insert— “ Historic Environment Scotland ”,

(ii)

the entry for the Royal Commission on the Ancient and Historical Monuments of Scotland is repealed.
