In Part 2 of Schedule 3 to the Settled Land Act 1925, after paragraph (vi) insert—

“vii)
Works specified by the Welsh Ministers as being required for properly maintaining a listed building (within the meaning given by section 76 of the Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023) on the settled land.”
