In section 1(4) of the Compulsory Purchase Act 1965—

(a)

for “or section 52 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990” substitute “, section 52 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 or section 136 of the Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023,”;

(b)

after “section 52(2) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990” insert “or section 136(4) of the Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023”.
