In section 1A(2)—

(a)

in paragraph (a), after “(see section 1(5) of that Act)” insert “or the Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023 (see section 76 of that Act)”;

(b)

in paragraph (b), for “that Act” substitute “the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 or under section 158 of the Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023”.
