(a)

in the heading, omit “in England”;

(b)

in subsection (1), for “If it appears to a local planning authority in England who are not a county planning authority” substitute “If it appears to a local planning authority, other than a county planning authority,”;

in subsections (2), (3), (4), (5) and (6), omit “under this section”.
