Paragraph 5 Procedure after hearing or inquiryI1I2

The person appointed to carry out a hearing or inquiry under paragraph 3 must, after the close of the hearing or inquiry, make a report in writing to the Welsh Ministers.

The report must include the appointed person’s conclusions and recommendation as to whether an order under section 27 ought to be made (or the appointed person’s reasons for not making a recommendation).
