(1)

This Act may be cited as the Home Energy Conservation Act 1995.

P1( 2)

This Act shall come into force on such day as may be appointed by order made by statutory instrument by the Secretary of State.

(3)

Different days may be appointed under subsection (2) for different purposes, different energy conservation authorities, different descriptions of energy conservation authority and different areas.
