Where relevant, please include a copy of an extract from the map of waterworks.

A copy of an extract from the map of waterworks is included in which the location of the property is identified;
(b)
A copy of an extract of the map of waterworks is included, showing water mains, resource mains or discharge pipes in the vicinity of the property; or
(c)
No map is included, as there are no water mains, resource mains or discharge pipes in the vicinity of the property.
