Article 28 Statutory undertakersI1

England, Wales and Scotland

Subject to Schedule 12 (protective provisions), the undertaker may—

(a)

exercise the powers conferred by articles 18 and 19 in relation to so much of any land referred to in those articles as belongs to statutory undertakers; and

(b)

extinguish the rights of, remove or reposition the apparatus belonging to statutory undertakers over or within the Order land referred to in those articles.
