Paragraph 3
In sections 17 and 18 of the Act of 1951 (which relate respectively to premises which include accommodation shared otherwise than with the landlord and to premises occupied in connection with employment under a licence or a rent-free letting) in each case in subsection (2) for the words “ to (7)” there are substituted the words “ and (5)”.
