Section 412 Penalty for obstruction.
England and Wales
(1)
It is a summary offence for a person F1intentionally to obstruct a person acting in the execution of this Part or of any byelaw or warrant made or issued under it.
(2)
A person committing such an offence is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding F2level 3 on the standard scale.
