In section 29 of that Act (reservation of future right to develop) after subsection (6B) there shall be inserted the following subsection—

“(6C)

Subsections (1) to (4) above shall have effect in relation to a housing action trust as if any reference in those subsections or in Part I of Schedule 4 to this Act to a local authority were a reference to the trust.”
