In section 12(2) of the M1Acquisition of Land Act 1981 after the words “Rent (Agriculture) Act 1976” there shall be inserted “ “or a licensee under an assured agricultural occupancy within the meaning of Part I of the Housing Act 1988 ”.

(2)

In Schedule 1 to that Act, in paragraph 3(2) after the words “Rent (Agriculture) Act 1976” there shall be inserted “ “or a licensee under an assured agricultural occupancy within the meaning of Part I of the Housing Act 1988 ”.
