In section 36 of that Act (damages for unlawful eviction)—

(a)

in subsection (2) for the word “calculated” there shall be substituted the word “ “likely ”;

(b)

in subsection (7)(b)—

(i)

after the word “of” where it first occurs there shall be inserted the words “ “the doing of acts or ”;

(ii)

after the word “for” there shall be inserted the words “ “doing the acts or ”.
