(1)

A custodial scheme must conform with the following provisions—

  • paragraphs 3 F1to 4C, and

  • paragraphs 9 F2to 10C.

(2)

An insurance scheme must conform with the following provisions—

  • paragraphs 5 to 8, and

  • paragraphs 9 F3to 10C.
