After section 274 insert—
“Effect of certain enforcement action under the Housing Act 2004
274AA demolition order which has been made in respect of any premises shall cease to have effect if a management order under Chapter 1 or 2 of Part 4 of the Housing Act 2004 comes into force in relation to the premises.”
