Article 5.25 Application of Chapter to particular class of creditors and to distributionsI1

This Chapter applies where the housing administrator makes, or proposes to make, a distribution to any class of creditors other than secured creditors.

Where the distribution is to a particular class of creditors in a housing administration, a reference in this Chapter to creditors is a reference to that class of creditors only.
