Section 62 Interpretation of Part III.

In this Part of this Act—

• “the 1936 Act” means the M1Public Health Act 1936;

• “the 1961 Act” means the M2Public Health Act 1961;

• “the 1974 Act” means the M3Health and Safety at Work etc, Act 1974;

Any reference in this Part of this Act to the carrying out of work includes a reference to the making of a material change of use, as defined by and for the purposes of building regulations.
