In section 116 of the M1Rent Act 1977 (consent of tenant to carrying out of works), in subsection (3) (cases in which county court may empower landlord to enter in absence of consent), for “improvement or intermediate grant” substitute “improvement grant, intermediate grant or common parts grant”.
