Paragraph 10 I1

Paragraph 60 (powers of an administrator) has effect as if after that sub-paragraph (2) there were inserted—

“(3)

The housing administrator of a company has the power to act on behalf of the company for the purposes of provision contained in any legislation which confers a power on the company or imposes a duty on it.

(4)

In sub-paragraph (2) “legislation” has the same meaning as in the Chapter 5 of Part 4 of the Housing and Planning Act 2016.”
