Paragraph 14 I1

Paragraph 75(2) (misfeasance) is to have effect as if after paragraph (b) there were inserted—

“(ba)

a person appointed as an administrator of the company under the provisions of this Act, as they have effect in relation to administrators other than housing administrators,”.
