for sub-paragraph (1) there were substituted—

“(1)

The court may replace the housing administrator on an application made—

(a)

by the Secretary of State,

(b)

with the consent of the Secretary of State, by the Regulator of Social Housing, or

(c)

where more than one person was appointed to act jointly as the housing administrator, by any of those persons who remains in office.”
