Paragraph 8

In section 83 (proceedings for possession or termination: general notice requirements), in subsection (A1), for paragraph (b) substitute—

“(b)

proceedings for possession of a dwelling-house under section 86E (recovery of possession on expiry of certain English secure tenancies).”
