(a)
omit the “and” following paragraph (a),
(b)
in paragraph (b) for “(7)” substitute “ (7A) ”, and
(c)
after paragraph (b) insert
“, and
(c)the provisions of paragraph 15A”.
(3)
In sub-paragraph (9) (certain references to landlord to include superior landlord) after “15” insert “ (other than paragraph 15(7A) ”.
