Paragraph 9 I1

In section 33 (Crown land) after subsection (2) insert—

“(2A)

For the purposes of this Part of this Act, an interest belonging to the Welsh new towns residuary body in a tenancy of land is to be treated as if it were not an interest belonging to the Crown.”
