Paragraph 10 I1

Section 10 (dispositions excepted from section 9) is amended as follows.

In subsection (1) for paragraphs (a) to (c) substitute—

“(a)

in the case of dispositions of land in England, the Regulator of Social Housing, and

(b)

in the case of dispositions of land in Wales, the Welsh Ministers.”

Omit subsection (2)(e) and the “or” before it.
