Section 92O DelegationF1
(1)
The regulator may delegate any of its functions to—
(a)
a committee,
(b)
a sub-committee,
(c)
a member, or
(d)
a member of staff.
(2)
A committee may further delegate to a sub-committee, a member of the regulator, or a member of staff.
