Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1)

These Regulationss may be cited as the Housing Benefit (General) Amendment Regulations 1991 and shall come into force as follows—

(a)

for the purposes of regulations 1, 5, 7 and 8 on 13th March 1991;

(b)

for all other purposes on 1st April 1991.

(2)

In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Housing Benefit (General) Regulations 1987^f1.
