Paragraph 1A F1
England, Wales and Scotland
For the purposes of paragraph 1 a claimant is entitled to main phase employment and support allowance if—
each of the conditions in paragraph 21 is satisfied in relation to the claimant personally F2or the claimant is personally a member of the work-related activity group; or
the claimant personally is entitled to a converted employment and support allowanceF3, or would be entitled but for the application of section 1A of the Welfare Reform Act (duration of contributory allowance).
