The National Assembly for Wales makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by sections 12(1)(i), 17(1)(j), 27(1)(j) and 146(2) of the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996f1, which are now exercisable in relation to Wales by the National Assembly for Walesf2:
