In Schedule 4–

(a)

in parts D2 and D(A)2 of the form of the Application for Grant for a means of escape from fire in a house in multiple occupation, for “Income support” substitute–

  • “Income support or income related employment and support allowance”; and

(b)

in parts D13a and D(A)13a of the form of the Application for Grant for a means of escape from fire in a house in multiple occupation, for “Incapacity Benefit” substitute–

  • “Incapacity Benefit or contributory employment and support allowance”.
