Paragraph 3
In section 8(7) of the Land Tenure Reform (Scotland) Act 1974 (saving)—
(a)
for the words “1971” there shall be substituted the words “ 1984 or a secure tenancy within the meaning of the M1Tenants’ Rights, Etc. (Scotland) Act 1980 ”; and
(b)
for the words “that Act” there shall be substituted the words “ either of those Acts ”.
