Section 17 General management and inspection of local authority’s houses.
Scotland
The general management, regulation and control of houses held for housing purposes by a local authority shall be vested in F1. . . the authority.
A house held for housing purposes by a local authority shall be at all times open to inspection by the local authority for the area in which it is situated or by any officer duly authorised by them.
