In Schedule 12 (accessible public records) of the Data Protection Act 1998—

(a)

in the Table in paragraph 4, the entry “Scottish Homes” is repealed,

(b)

in paragraph 5(3), the words “or Scottish Homes” and “or, as the case may be, Scottish Homes” are repealed.
