Paragraph 7 Matrimonial Homes (Family Protection) (Scotland) Act 1981 (c.59)I1

In section 13(11) (assessment of compensation on transfer of secure tenancy) of the Matrimonial Homes (Family Protection) (Scotland) Act 1981—

(a)

for “secure tenancy within the meaning of Part III of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1987” substitute “ Scottish secure tenancy within the meaning of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001 (asp 10) ”,

(b)

for “Part I of that Act” substitute “ Part III of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1987 (c.26) ”.
