In section 101(1)—
(a)
before the definition of “house”, insert—
““First-tier Tribunal” means the First-tier Tribunal for Scotland,”,
(b)
after the definition of “unconnected person”, insert—
““Upper Tribunal” means the Upper Tribunal for Scotland,”.
