The Property Factors (Scotland) Act 2011 is modified as follows.

The title of section 8 (removal from register) becomes “Revocation of registration”.
(3)
In section 9 (effect of refusal to enter in register or removal from register), in subsection (3), for “give public” substitute “publish in such manner as they think fit a”.
(4)
In section 15 (service of notices etc.), subsection (3) is repealed.
(5)
In section 30 (orders and regulations), in subsection (3), after “33(2)” insert “or regulations under section 5(5)”.
